About Bolton Group
A business law firm built for growing companies and the people who own them.
Bolton Group was founded in Oxford, Mississippi, after more than two decades inside operating companies in senior legal and business roles. From the inside, the gap was obvious: growing businesses needed sophisticated counsel, but the firms that could provide it were built for much larger clients, and the firms that fit the budget often lacked the depth.
Bolton Group is the third option: the experience of a larger firm, structured for the way growing businesses actually work.
Who we serve
We work with businesses across industries, including manufacturers, software companies, healthcare and professional services firms, construction companies and family-owned enterprises. Many are run by owners who care deeply about the business and want experienced counsel without hiring a full-time lawyer.
Where we work
We’re based in Oxford, Mississippi, and work with clients across Mississippi and the broader South. Many came to us by referral and have stayed because the work is good.
Where we’re going
Bolton Group is the first chapter of something larger: a firm that brings attorneys, accountants and advisors together on the legal, financial and operational questions businesses face. That’s why it’s Bolton Group, not Bolton Law.
For now, the work is legal. The rest will come as the firm grows.
